Following is a summary of council actions taken at the May 3, 2000 regular legislative session. Absences, abstentions and opposing votes are noted.

Regular Legislative Session, May 3, 2000

(Ward 6 vacant)

1. Approved removal of a curb cut on the south side of Harrison Avenue at the rear of the Subway lot (Ward 4).

2. Approved a six-foot fence at 4700 Oglethorpe Street (Ward 1).

3. Approved a proclamation in support of seat belt safety under the Maryland Chiefs' Challenge program.

4. Approved selection of townwide street projects for Phase II infrastructure improvements up to $500,000.

5. Approved a six-foot fence at 5422 Quesada Road (Ward 2).
