Introduced as an emergency ordinance by first suspending the rules of the charter requiring such action without prior introduction and publication.] NOW WHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the properties acquired by the Town of Riverdale Park in the area known as the Town Center are no longer needed for any public purpose, and may be disposed of by sale to Douglas Development Corporation for redevelopment of those parcels. (Introduced by CM Guy Tiberio, and Seconded by CM Christina Davis. Resolution was adopted by a unanimous vote of the Town Council on June 3, 2002.)
