Lee Celebrate, commemorate and honor the veterans on Monday, November 11, 2002, 11:00 a.m. at the Riverdale Park Veterans Plaza. The Veterans Plaza is located on Queensbury Road and Rhode Island Avenue (by MARC Train Station). Let us never forget our veterans, if it had not been for them, we wouldn't have the freedoms we enjoy today. Veterans are heroes who paid the high price for their ultimate sacrifice. Let us not forget the men and women who are currently in uniform, who now answer our country's call. Salute all that have served and are now serving our United States Armed Forces. Appreciate the sacrifice they made and make in the service of our country. Robert A. Lee is a member of the Riverdale Park Veterans Monument Committee.
