Absences, abstentions and opposing votes are noted. Regular Legislative Session October 4 1. Approved expenditure of funds not to exceed $5,000 for engineering services to obtain an evaluation and cost estimates for townwide street improvement projects for funding in fiscal year 2000-2001. 2. Set Saturday, October 30 from 5 - 8 p.m. as official Trick or Treat night. (CM Davis opposed)
