- Approved March 3, 2003 Regular Legislative Session minutes.
- Approved March 31, 2003 Special Legislative Session minutes.
- Approved Charter Resolution 2003-CR-04, which states that the town holds non-partisan elections (see p. 4).
- Approved amended Resolution 2003-OR-02, which moves emergency snow parking to the even-numbered side of the street to comply with county snow parking regulations.
- Approved Resolution 2003-OR-03, which authorizes the police chief to promulgate rules and regulations for the police department.
- Charter Resolution 2003-CR-05 failed by a vote of 4 -- 2. CM Hart, CM Tiberio, CM C. Davis, and CM Almirez opposed. The resolution would have increased the tax cap from .50 to .64 per $100 of assessed valuation.
- Amended Charter Resolution 2003-CR-05 failed by a vote of 3 -- 3. CM Hart, CM Tiberio, and CM Almirez opposed. The amended resolution would have increased the tax cap from .50 to .58 per $100 of assessed valuation.
- Charter Resolution 2003-CR-03, which would change the form of government to a Town Manager form, was tabled. Resolution 2003-CR-03 will be reconsidered on April 30 at 7:30 p.m. (Approved by a vote of 5 -- 1. CM Tiberio opposed.)
- Resolution 2003-OR-1, to amend several chapters relative to the form of town government, was removed from the agenda because Resolution 2003-CR-03 was tabled. Resolution 2003-OR-1 will be reconsidered on April 30 at 7:30 p.m.
- CM Tiberio introduced Resolution 2003-CR-06 (see p. 4).
- CM Feldberg introduced Resolution 2003-CR-07 (see p. 4).
