by Pat Gladding The Riverdale Park Farmers' Market reopens on Thursday, May 17, 2001 at Town Center. The market hours will continue from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. The market will open with strawberries, spring greens, asparagus and bedding plants as well as the regular jams, eggs and meats. Also, we will welcome a new commercial baker, Atwood Breads from Baltimore. They are certified by the State of Maryland for their use of organic grains. Atwood will be bringing us great breads, rolls, focaccia, cookies, etc. We look forward to Spring, the continued success of the Farmers' Market and meeting our neighbors and Town officials again in this friendly environment. See you there! Pat Gladding is Chair of the Riverdale Park Farmers' Market Task Force. |
