This is the second in a series of articles that will offer biographical data on members of the Riverdale Park Police Department. The goal of these articles is to enhance the relation-ship between the police department and members of the community which we serve.

Master Patrol Officer Patrick Vitchock, 29, originally from Jacksonville, Florida, has been a member of the Riverdale Park Police Department since March of 2000. MPO Vitchock serves as the supervisor for the "A" Squad. MPO Vitchock has been a police officer for seven years and has previously served with the Town of Brunswick Police Department and the Chevy Chase Village Police Department. MPO Vitchock is a certified Field Training Officer and currently holds the office of Secretary for the Riverdale Park Police Department Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #121.

Private Keith Green, 28, originally from Oxon Hill, Maryland, has been a member of the Riverdale Park Police Department since March of 2000. Pvt. Green attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, graduating in 1999. Pvt. Green has also served as a police officer with the Federal Government. Pvt. Green plans to obtain a degree in criminal justice and he would like to become a vice detective. Pvt. Green is a member of the Riverdale Park Police Department Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #121.

Private Robert Turner, 28, originally from Deale, Maryland, has been a member of the Riverdale Park Police Department since February 2001. Pvt. Turner served with the University Park Police Department and the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, prior to joining our department. Pvt. Turner is a member of the Riverdale Park Police Department Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #121 and looks forward to advancement and different opportunities within the police department.

Assistant Communications Supervisor Dina Johnson, originally from Forestville, is responsible for overseeing the different aspects of the Communications Section. Ms. Johnson has been a member of the Riverdale Park Police Department since September 2000. Ms. Johnson is kept busy coaching her daughters cheerleading squad and being a soccer mom. Ms. Johnson juggles work family and school and loves every minute of it.

Sgt. Patrick Timmons is a Riverdale Park Police officer. The Riverdale Park Police Department, 5004 Queensbury Rd., will be giving out reflective Trick or Treat bags and candy on Wednesday, October 31.
