Ordinance Resolution 2003-OR-9Emergency Ordinance Resolution 2003-OR-9 was passed by the Mayor and Council at the Regular Legislative meeting on Monday, August 4, 2003. §68-2. Ordinance Resolution 2003-OR-10Ordinance Resolution 2003-OR-10 was introduced by the Mayor and Council at the Regular Legislative meeting on Monday, August 4, 2003. §15-1. Building Inspector. The purpose of Ordinance Resolution 2003-OR-10 is to add suggested qualifications for the Town's Building Inspector to Section 15-1 of the Code. The proposed qualifications are: The person chosen as Building Inspector should be certified by the International Code Council in both Commercial and Residential Building Inspection. The person chosen should have experience in code enforcement, or a similar field. The inspector should have training in conflict resolution.
Ordinance Resolution 2003-OR-11Ordinance Resolution 2003-OR-11 was introduced by the Mayor and Council at the Regular Legislative meeting on Monday, August 4, 2003. §15-11. Compensation of Building Inspector; reports. The purpose of Ordinance Resolution 2003-OR-11 is to modify Section 15-11 of the Code to change the Town Building Inspector's compensation from a sliding percentage of building permit fees to an hourly salary. The salary is to be set by the Council.
