The person chosen should have experience in code enforcement, or a similar field. The inspector should have training in conflict resolution. Ordinance Resolution 2003-OR-11 Ordinance Resolution 2003-OR-11 was introduced by the Mayor and Council at the Regular Legislative meeting on Monday, August 4, 2003. §15-11. Compensation of Building Inspector; reports. The purpose of Ordinance Resolution 2003-OR-11 is to modify Section 15-11 of the Code to change the Town Building Inspector's compensation from a sliding percentage of building permit fees to an hourly salary. The salary is to be set by the Council.
