Absences, abstentions, and opposing votes are noted. Special Legislative Session April 26 1. Supported a zoning text amendment (to be considered by the County Council) to permit a catering establishment, without banquet facilities, in the C-S-C zone. Regular Legislative Session - May 3 1. Approved permit parking at 4908 Queensbury Road (Ward 2). (CM Kiernan opposed) 2. Received and certified report of Judges of Election setting forth voting totals in Mayor and Six Council categories.
