Snow Emergency Parking Regulation

During a snow emergency, vehicles are to be parked on the odd-numbered side of the street.


Snow and Ice Removal from Sidewalks

Residents are required to remove snow and ice from sidewalks that front or abut their property. Failure to do so may result in a code violation and fine.


Building Permits

Building permits are required for remodeling, new construction, etc. You must have a permit from the county in additional to a permit from the town.


Business Licenses

If you operate a business in the Town of Riverdale Park, you are required to have a business license from the town. Call 301-927-6381 for more information about license requirements and fees.
