Do you like children? Want to be a hero? Our elementary school is full of bright, lively children who need substitute teachers and mentors. Volunteers are also needed to be teachers' helpers. Join some of your fellow Riverdalians who are giving of their time to inspire the leaders of tomorrow! Stop by Riverdale Elementary School, Riverdale Road at Taylor Road, and pick up a substitute teacher application. It will be reviewed and you'll be contacted by the school. Substitute teachers with high school degrees receive $53.00 a day and those with bachelor's degrees or higher receive $64.00 a day. The real reward is a better America!
